Jeffrey S. Burnett
President & CEO
Jeffrey Burnett has been with Labor Finders International since 1986 and has over
24 years of business experience in the staffing industry. He has served as Chairman of the American Staffing Association (ASA) and was formerly ASA’s Treasurer, has chaired the Political Action, Finance and Audit committee, the Staffing World Convention
committee, Education, Executive and Compensation Committees, and was Vice-Chair of the Public Relations committee, and was a member of the Strategic Planning committee. He also participates on its Board of Directors and Executive committees.
On a personal level, he enjoys all sports and outdoor activities. As a tennis player,
he was formerly ranked #1 in the state of Florida and is a former top 10-ranked player in the United States.
Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from Stetson University, has completed post degree studies in Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Florida. He is also a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP).

Amit Pal Singh
Director
of Operations
Amit Singh joined Labor Finders International in November of 1999 as Systems Administrator.
As the current Director of Operations, he is responsible for managing various operational components of the franchise staffing business, including our company-owned Labor
Finders franchise with offices in California, Washington, Missouri, and Iowa. In
an ongoing effort to improve the level of support services offered to our franchisees, he along with members of the management team continually works on achieving Labor
Finders’ strategic and business goals.
Amit has held various management positions prior to becoming Director of Operations:
he served as Director of Strategic Projects from June 2004 to September 2007; Director of e-Education from September 2003 to June 2004; and MIS Director from June 2000 to August 2003.
Amit holds a bachelors degree in Management Information Systems from Florida Atlantic

Dan Shube
Director of Marketing
Dan Shube joined Labor Finders International in March of 2007. Since joining Labor
Finders as Director of Marketing, Dan has initiated numerous corporate social responsibility programs enabling the company to give back to the communities Labor Finders serves. “The satisfaction derived by growing a company through creative marketing is only surpassed by doing it while helping those in need,” states Dan.
Dan has never wanted to be anything but a marketer. He has focused on doing just that since 1979, in architectural, financial, and staffing industries. Dan specializes in creativity and believes that nothing is too far outside the box.
Dan graduated from Long Island University with a B.S. in Marketing and Management.
He is a long-term member of the prestigious Golf Writers Association of America.
He writes a weekly golf and travel newspaper column in his “spare time”, in addition
Dan is the host of a weekly golf radio report. He is continually active in supporting various children’s charities, often assisting with their golf tournaments.

Jonathan Klorfein
Director of Client Services
Jonathan Klorfein joined Labor Finders International in January of 2000. As Director
of Client Services, he is the primary contact between franchise operations and support
services. Jonathan is a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) and serves on the American Staffing Association’s (ASA) Legal and Legislative Committee as well as on its industrial section.
Prior to joining Labor Finders, Jonathan was employed at Palm Beach Community College for ten years, where he served as Director of Admissions and as College Registrar. He also led their tennis team to six straight Florida state championships. Jonathan
holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Tulane University, where he served as Captain of the tennis team, and a master’s degree in Education from Florida Atlantic University.

Jorge
Quintana
Director of Information Technology
Jorge Quintana joined Labor Finders International in September of 2003. As Director of Information Technology, he oversees the company’s information systems and technology infrastructure. With over 20 years of experience in the enterprise, software and consulting industry, he brings real world experience to Labor Finder’s in-house technology infrastructure, assuring delivery of the highest levels of customer, partner and employee satisfaction and results.
Prior to joining Labor Finders, Mr. Quintana was Senior Technology Specialist for Novell Inc. where he was a member of the consulting services unit providing custom software solutions to global 2000 companies. Between 1998 and 2001 before joining Novell, Jorge managed multiple software development teams with Cambridge Technology Partners, a leading consulting firm of the 1990s that was acquired by Novell in 2001. Before his relocation to the United States in 1998, Jorge also had a successful career in his home country of Mexico, holding various consulting and managerial positions in Information Technology.
Jorge holds a bachelors degree in computer science from Universidad Del Valle
