Labor Finders recently kicked off its new medical insurance initiative for its temporary employees. Labor Finders Temporary Employee Medical Program (LF T.E.M.P.), in partnership with Aetna Affordable Health Choices, offers coverage on a week–to–week basis. “We worked hard to provide a meaningful service that would give us a competitive edge while providing a valuable service to our workers,” says Jonathan Klorfein, Director of Client Services. Klorfein adds, “Thanks to efforts by Risk Manager Wayne Salen, I believe we have attained our goals.”

These plans have been designed to fit the temporary employee’s needs and provide access to care for routine health expenses like office visits, X-rays/labs, prescriptions, surgery, and hospital stays. Jonathan Klorfein states, “Several of our customers and prospects have asked about employee medical benefits. LF T.E.M.P. allows us to answer that call.” Wayne Salen adds, “This gives us another powerful tool to attract the best workers.”
